Craft and Applique Sheet from the Prairie Grove Peddler

1. Wash, dry and iron your fabric so the fusible web will permanently adhere to the fabric.

	2.Using a light table, trace the appliqué pattern in reverse, using a pencil, on the top side (the side that sticks to the web) of the quick fuse paper backing.

	3. Peel the paper backing off the other side and finger press the quick fuse web to the wrong side of your fabric.

	4. Cut out the appliqué shapes.

5. Lay your appliqué pattern page on your ironing board.

6. Lay the Craft & Appliqué Sheet™ on top of the pattern page so you can see the pattern directly underneath.

7. Tape the corners to the ironing surface so it doesn't slide around.

	8. Peel the fusible web paper backing off the appliqué piece and stick it to the Craft & Appliqué Sheet™, over the pattern, one piece at a time.

9. Press in place for 2-3 seconds. Don't touch the Craft & Appliqué Sheet™ while it's hot! (it cools quickly).

	10. Cool completely and peel the design off the Craft & Appliqué Sheet™.

	11. Lay the design onto your pieced top or sweatshirt and position where you want it.

12. Press in place following your manufacturers directions (using Steam-A-Seam II®,
press for 12-20 seconds, using a steam iron on the cotton setting).

13. If you're going to repeatedly wash the project, such as a sweatshirt or table runner,
you'll want to finish the edges with a buttonhole or decorative stitch.

14. For an unwashed project such as wall hanging, you can leave the edges unfinished when using Steam-A-Seam II® fusible web.

15. Steam-A-Seam II® is a permanent bonding fusible web when applied correctly.

16. Do not fold the Craft & Appliqué Sheet™.

17. Roll the Craft & Appliqué Sheet™ with a rubber band or lay it flat to store.
It will last for years.
